A couple phone calls followed by a small homework assignment to show I was a legitimate developer. Then an in-person interview that was more like a conversation. Was totally honest and it went great.

Super shoddy and almost bullyish. The interview process was them just negotiating ridiculous rates for an absurd amount of work. They basically just collect money from brands and give them the false illusion that they have capacity to create assets for them.
