Short. And easy. Too easy. I got a call the same day, then they tried to advertise the company to me. Red flag. Then I was in a meeting at the end of the week where I was all but offered the job in the “final interview”.
Took a month before they reached out, offered the job in the first interview. Very easy and weird process. Did not instill trust into me applying for the job. Did not take up any further work with them because of this

You need to get an insurance certificate and job is 100% commission based. There is some steps in the interview that feel unnecessary such as writing about personal goal and share it the managers.
