Short and simple. Met with the manager and discussed skills and experience. Wine knowledge is a key! I was asked several times about what I knew about wine. You need to have at least minimal knowledge.

Interview
Interview was pretty simple. I came in on a weekday morning with my application in hand and met with the GM. It was relaxed and he asked me questions about my work history and wine/beer knowledge. Came in a few days later to meet with the scheduling manager and started work the next week.
