A few rounds of interviews with some great people that ask very insightful questions! They were virtually done the first with some managers and then followed up with the head of contact center.

2 stage interview that started online and then went to in person. Informal conversation first and more formal in person. Second interview involved a task. Offer / contract had unusual terms.

Interview
I felt the interview went well and appreciated the conversation with the team. However, the feedback I received afterward stated that I did not demonstrate empathy during the interview, which did not reflect my experience of the discussion. It would have been helpful to receive more specific examples or clearer feedback.
