Three rounds of interviews with the second being a presentation and third being in person. All pretty straight forward, first round will go through your resume. First two rounds were about 30 minutes and final round was shorter but more interviews in one day.
Really long and drawn out interview. Took months for them to get back to me then they gave me a week to complete my presentation. My interview was 45 minutes. Only to then ghost me, and never even formally reject me.

asked me to complete a deck and analyze an Excel spreadsheet
intermediate. felt like a particular/narrow culture fit interviewing process after the technical tests.
didn't get the offer, but the recruiter was kind + patient. for final interview, i got flown out to the office, so that was awesome for my first-ever superday interview experience!

What did you like about the excel presentation process?
first round was just a screening and then there was a very large gap between round 1 and 2 (turns out there was someone trying to cut the program and so they was a lot of internal things happening) but round two happened and it’s a presentation. Went to round three and they fly you out to the site and I got rejected after, and they literally ghost you straight after
