I've only had a phone screen with the recruiter and I pointed out the 3 weeks PTO is a bit low.
I was not only qualified for the position, I had years of experience in things they were particularly looking for.
I've just got a message saying they will not be moving forward.

Technical interview consisted of several stages
- coding exercise
- problem solving exercise
- system design exercise
The interviewers were very friendly and professional. Coding exercise was in a form of pairing where existing code was asked to be refactored and optimized
