They took very long to get a response and asked me my reason for leaving my previous job and told them its due to the blame culture there. I got rejected from them for saying this and being honest. Additionally, they also did not follow up with me after the interview, I had to personally email them to ask them the outcome of the interview. Wasted my time and energy. I guess they do not like to have honest workers LOL Please put that in your "requirements" when you are hiring.
