I submitted a resume and then received an email to request a time for a phone call. The interviewer was pleasant and totally professional and asked the types of questions you would expect on a screen call.

They asked more questions about me as an individual than in my professional abilities. Kind of good, because it meant they wanted to get to know me as a person, but kind of bad, because I didn't get asked the kind of questions that would really allow me to showcase my experience.
