Last year, I went through a recruitment process here. The process included an interview with HRD, user, case study, and psychotest. I completed all the processes on time as scheduled. However, what was disappointing was that after the psychotest, they didn't give me any updates. I tried to follow up several times directly with HR, but they didn't respond. I feel like my time and effort weren't valued here. Such a bad experience.
