It was very quick and efficient, everyone I encountered was very communicative and friendly. Feedback was timely and considered. However, I didn't feel comfortable disclosing my ADHD diagnosis at any point during the process. Having recently interviewed with a number of companies, any reasonable adjustments I might need as a candidate have been brought up right away so I've felt very at ease. I enjoyed the task I was set but the instructions could have been clearer, there was some inferred context that needed to be clarified. As a company where recruitment is the actual business I do think that there could be better preparation when interviewing people with hidden disabilities.
