Stepping Stones reached out to me after applying for the job via Glassdoor. The process was relatively quick as I had an interview the following night. The recruiters were friendly but also a bit pushy. They want to know that Stepping Stones is your number choice when it came to other potential employers.

The process was very easy and simple. They're has been some issues with finding a school placement, but seeing as its just the start of the summer i'm confident they will have a placement for me before next school year.

I have not fully completed the process yet. However, the recruiters and clinical managers have been extremely helpful, kind, and transparent. I will be continuing on in the process happily. As far as clinical fellow mentorship, they appear to be more knowledgeable and supportive than other contracting companies in the same area.
