Interview
Submitted an application online. First interview was a meeting with the previous receptionist and the Director. They were very lovely and the conversation flowed well. They asked the usual interview questions. I was called back for a second interview and met with 5 other staff members. I was instructed to watch a video clip on international development work and carry a conversation about the clip with the team afterwards. After that, I was handed a phone and the receptionist went into another room and we did a role playing exercise. She pretended she was someone calling in and asked a donor related question.

Interview
Lasted about 30 minutes with two employees. This was the first interview I’m the hiring process. It took about 2 weeks to hear back on the decision. When I asked for feedback on my interview, I was told that they did not have the capacity to offer any feedback.
