I applied online. I interviewed at The Steele Foundation (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
In my opinion, the best hiring process out there. This company is interested in whether you are capable of delivering results. Very task-oriented. No behavioral questions or anything not-related to the specific task you will be performing. They give you real projects and see how well you do (all paid). They provide feedback after every assignment so you know exactly how to improve, and after five (or so) assignments they decide whether they want to keep you.

Question 1
There are no specific questions to answer. However, plan on investing quite a bit of time going through all of the instructions and project guidelines. That way you know exactly what Steele's expectations are.
