Question 1
tell me about a situation when you provided full support for a team decision that you didn't agree with
After online application, I received phone screening call with HR. I was asked general questions about availability, experience, skillsets, work and academic history etc. I did not hear back from them afterwards.
Pre-determined list of questions. Not hard. Overall pleasant.
Beware: Job turned out to be nothing like the posting . "Change in business need" is their go-to excuse if you call it out. Working conditions (schedule, flexibility, culture, values, etc. ) sold in the interview disappeared or were never really there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Standard (Portland, OR) in Aug 2019
Interview
Took a comprehension test, and had two in person interviews. Each interview had two managers from my department asking a variety of behavior based questions. I had my resume with me to refer to and dressed appropriately. I practiced answering complex interview questions that I found on google.
