The interview process was fairly normal - I had an initial video interview screening. The interview went well, but unfortunately when the subject of compensation came up, I found out that the listed range was mostly a lie - it listed 71k-104k, yet I was told that they only budgeted in the 70s after stating I'd like compensation toward the higher end. Don't list a range like that if you're not actually going to honor it. In the end, I was taken out of consideration according to their website, but I did not receive even a rejection email. Negative & unprofessional experience.
