i went from being interviewed to being hired immediately. there was a one on one interviewed followed by a demo. i was hired the following day.

i didn't have a difficult or unexpected question asked of me basically, i was able to back up my skills and all my references checked out. after the demonstration of skills, i was offered the job immediately.
