My interview process consisted of two interviews. The first interview was with my potential director and the second interview was with multiple staff members. The overall interview process was positive. I enjoyed meeting the staff and they seemed like great people to work with. I was a little disappointed that I was ghosted after the second and final interview after being told someone will follow up with me within 2 weeks.
