Interview
Two Week Process
The interview was by email then took place over skype. Interview was fairly tame, the assessment they give you before that is much more difficult. You have to get atleast 16 right. If you are even one short then you are out of luck.I was lucky to get 17.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Social Element in Dec 2012
Interview
It was very professional and informative. I was contacted with the relevant person on every stage during the interview. I have been accurately informed since the beginning of the interview and at the following stages, also got maximum tech support after getting accepted as a team member.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Social Element (London, England)
Interview
I heard about the job, and decided to apply. I received a quick response to my letter and resume. I was given several possible appointment times and chose one which suited me. It was via Skype. I was asked a number of the usual sort of interview questions, starting with general things about me and my background, and then moving on to specifics about possible related experience. I was informed about the project itself, and I indicated that I was still interested.
