I applied online. I interviewed at The So Cal Group
Interview
Applied online and was contacted about a week later to set up an initial phone screen. Phone screen was pretty standard, and they asked me to set up a time for a virtual interview through HireVue. This interview consisted of pre-recorded videos of current So Cal Group employees asking questions, and then the applicant recording themselves answering the questions. Overall, pretty general questions with a focus on how your personality/background would fit into their culture and what value you will bring.

I applied online. I interviewed at The So Cal Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Very professional and informative. They gave immediate response to the application and had an orderly process for the whole interview to flow. HR department and hiring managers had great communication in that no information wasn’t relayed to and from the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The So Cal Group
Interview
Applied online, asked to do a second round. online. All in all, wasn't that bad of a process. However, when I was asked to do a third round, I decided to do some more research on the company. Turns out the position is just door to door sales, misrepresented in the job listing. Sure, they cover their bases by saying that the job includes some "point of sale interaction" or something like that. Bottom line is this: if you're a new graduate looking for an actual marketing/campaign development position, this isn't the place to look.
