Interview
They call you in for an interview, usually in the spring or summer. Bob sits down with you, asks you about your resume. Asks your prior experience, where you've worked, why you want the job, and what career path you're looking for. Tells you how they want at least a year out of you so they can help you get to a better position. Then when it's done he asks how did I do, I'm terrible at interviews. You tell him, then he says to call in to see about being hired. No one is hired in the winter because from December to February most of the staff is on ten poetry leave with no pay because there's no work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have with healthcare? Do you feel comfortable talking to prominent doctors?
The CEO is a friendly person. Asks about your GPA and goes through your resume with you. Have questions ready and show interest. It might not look like it but they are looking for someone who thinks outside the box sometimes because campaigns can be challenging.
