An informal interview process, with the department manager. Asked a series of questions about experience and skill set, and broader questions about working in the NGO sector. Not much information about the role was given beforehand, so specific answers were hard to develop.

Interview
2 Step process. Telephone, and in-person panel interview. You are asked a series of questions by the director of the facility and the program director. The HR personnel writes your responses after each question. They keep the documentation in your file. The HR may interject and ask a question. They are very friendly and approachable.
