The interview process was quite easy. The manager at the time, brought me into the store, asked me basic questions about myself and talked a little bit about the position. Asked me to do a trial sale with him and gave me feedback on my sale. He took me around the store and showed me different styles of shoes and their features to prepare me for some product knowledge questions he would ask me later.

Applied online. The manager called me the next day and asked me to come in for an interview. I guess I did okay because she emailed me a background check link and the manager called a few days later I was hired.

Interview
Initial phone interview, a basic screening of who you are. Once I passed this stage, I was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. The manager went on to give a description of the company, what sets them apart from their competitors. He went over my resume with me and asked me other questions related to my experiences.
