Very unprofessional from hiring committee. Said they would call randomly in a 5 hour window, scheduled call for 15 minutes and rushed through for a total of 3 minutes. Not a serious process. Looking to pay people the minimum

I had a phone screen with the company. The call came without prior email notice and felt a bit rushed, and I didn’t receive any follow-up afterward. Overall, the process could have been smoother.
