I applied online and received a call within 24 hours. A telephone interview was scheduled. I got their call and answered a couple of questions. Very brief. Then the lady told me if I wanted to come in for a face to face interview. I went the following day. The owner interviewed me and asked me very similar questions. They ask for you to interact with the kids before you leave. I got a call that same day.

Interview
Face to face interview with a BCBA. You get to play and interact with a client . I got the opportunity to practice in a DTT setting. Background and drug chest which are paid for by owner.
