After applying I was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule a phone interview. It was pretty straightforward, the only confusion was that she switched between setting times in EST (my timezone in NY) and Pacific Time (where she was in California). She was very friendly and started by going over what we would be talking about. She talked about the company, position, and some of the challenges they're facing, which I thought was honest and refreshing. I wasn't offered the position, but they did follow up, so overall even though I didn't get the job, at least the interview process was fine.

The interview process was reflective of what I desired in a company that values their People and wants to make sure they have the best talent. I had a very transparent Hiring HR Rep reach out who saw my qualifications and further vetted me for the position. They were clear in what they were looking for. The next steps were smooth and in the end, I was extremely happy with the results. The questions were spot on and clear and I was able to detail to them why I would be the best candidate for the role.
