Question 1
Describe a time you had conflict with a coworker and how was it resolved.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Raymond Corporation in Mar 2022
Interview
Did a teams interview with two of the manufacturing engineers, they asked normal questions about my resume and things of that nature, then I had a second interview that was hour and a half every thirty minutes with different people. I basically was asked and answered the same questions to all the different people. Then I had an hour phone call with HR to go over the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Raymond Corporation in Nov 2021
Interview
Pretty casual. There were three rounds of interviews, with the first two being remote and the third one being in person. I only had to speak with 2 people during the first interview, but ending up speaking with 7 individuals when doing the second and third interviews, most of whom were the same. It wasn't stressful at all, and the interviews felt like a normal conversation, and not like an interrogation. The engineers pretty much just discuss your background with you to understand your strengths while HR just gauges who you are as a person. The only annoying part was that the process took over 7 weeks to finally be over but that can mostly be attributed to me interviewing over the holiday season
