Interview
First Interview with Area Manager was really good, she sounded like she knew what she was talking about. Then had to be interviewed by the Sales or Operations Manager, I had to change my rota's twice to accommodate them and finally had to travel from North Wales to Leigh in Lancashire to meet with him at 09:30. Basically had a chat and I got asked what I had done in my work career. Seemed to go well and at the end I was told I would be informed of the outcome early the following week. I'm still waiting since 30th November, good job I'm not holding my breath. After travelling all that way, it was a big disappointment to then find the job re-advertised on Reed so that's how I found out I had not been successful. SHAMEFUL - why promise to call and provide feedback if you haven't been successful and then don't bother? 140 mile round trip and no feedback, try matching the commitment people show you with at least a courtesy call!

Interview
First Interview with Area Manager was really good, he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and we spoke for over an hour about my Career history and what I could bring to the business.
He put me forward for a second Interview with a Sales or Operations Manager. After a few phone calls with the area manager during the week he phoned me to say everyone was busy and would I mind driving to Yorkshire for the interview, He said he would come back with a time and date for the following week. The week past without a call and he failed to return my calls.
Good job I'm not holding out for this Job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Range in Aug 2022
Interview
I interviewed in a store that I had to drive an hour and a half to, to be interviewed by another manager (not my potential line manager). After an hour and a half discussion I left feeling it had gone well. It was very informal, no right to work check and no formal questions. I waited two weeks without hearing anything and then also failed to hear anything when I queried it with the customer services and head office.
It seemed like a decent place to work after talking with a long-standing manager, but if that's the way they treat potential employees, maybe better off out of it.
