Spoke with a lovely recruiter on the phone after applying online. Everything else that followed with Raleigh House leadership was disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. There seems to be a real culture issue at The Raleigh House. Communication felt like a game of telephone, gossipy and toxic, while simultaneously saying over and over that they aren’t looking for “drama”.
