I filled out an application and I was seen by 2 managers they asked me some questions we talked about the job requirements. After that they asked my availability and how it would work with their schedule.

Interview
Usually three interviews with all managers, ending with the GM. Typically if they like you they will interview you on the spot when you come in to apply. Bring your resume! Really nice people.

Interview
First I spoke with the Head Chef and he asked me to tell me about myself, and then asked if I knew what the traffic was like (very convention based— no convention, no traffic).
Then I moved on to a restaurant manager. He asked me some general questions about serving.
Then a woman came and talked with me who asked me questions.
Then I came back the next day to continue my interview with the GM, as she was on vacation the day before.
