It's clear that TPS doesn't have a solid interview process. I spent two weeks trying to get word about my candidacy. I had other offers on the line and TPS delayed their whole process due to "busy schedules". Word of advice - do not post a position without a recruitment plan in place. In the end I got an email stating I had a great background but they would not be moving forward... ok?
