There are multiple interviews with the Department Head as well as the building Administrator. Sometimes they are same day interviews. Sometimes they are not. It's the luck of the draw.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time when you assisted someone even though it was outside of your job description."
My interview seemed to be about half an hour. Also I did 2 interviews with different managers. None of the questions seemed out of the blue or particularly difficult to answer if you've prepared for the interview process.
