The Phoenix Group (NY) interview questions

Do not expect to hear back, you will get ghosted. Even after following up & calling I never got an answer on next steps. I think they are most likely overworked and too busy to care about candidate experience. My first interview the recruiter was 15 mins late (for a 15 min interview lol) and didn't even acknowledge it

The lack of communication is awful. A bit frustrating when you send your availability and do not get a response multiple times. This place has one niche, to recruit, and can't even perform.
