The interviewer was so friendly and we got off on a great start. I was set up via recruiter so they had all my info prior and I didn't have to answer much about my prior positions history, just how those roles could play into the one I applied for. She also wanted to know my understanding of the company and what I thought they do (cost containment for health plans) and furthered my understanding with in depth description. Very informational and the atmosphere seemed very friendly - everyone saying hi to each other.

very easy. one by phone then an interview in person. had you write out a brief description on your talents and how you could be an asset at the company
