I was excited to be able to interview for their open IT Support Technician role a while back. There was a three-part interview process; first interview with the hiring manager, second interview with a higher-up in the same department, and then a final in-person interview with the hiring manager. I felt the interview process went well. The issue came after the final interview. I was informed I would hear back in a week or two. Two weeks later I had not received any communication, so I called, left a voicemail, and emailed them twice. I never heard back from anyone at the company regarding my application status, and the position stayed posted for another month and a half after that until it was taken down.
I feel that, being a family run business and how the company values their people, they could've at least given me a call or email saying they had chose to go on with another candidate, especially after three interviews.

Interview
The interview process was easy, smooth and quick. Not as bad as some interview or overwhelming. always practice before an interview and shakes hands with the hiring manager. Be confident and yourself..
