A short, structured interview. Approx 20 mins long. Ran through around 7 questions in a relaxed environment. Friendly, non-daunting atmosphere. I was met in a cafe nearby and we ran through the questions fairly quickly. It was a positive experience overall. Not too much prior knowledge about pens was needed.
