The interview process was pretty laid back and easy. They didn't ask the typical questions that you usually have in interviews. I think it was more important to feel out your personality and make sure you were available for projects and were in good standing with the state bar.

Interview
Very informal. Phone interview that was more informative than interrogative - no in-person interview. Interview/hiring process was predominately focused on collecting my biographical information and determining what prior experience I had with document review/e-discovery software. A few days later I was notified about an upcoming project with a large, prestigious firm in Midtown Atlanta, which I accepted. All training was conducted by the firm and was project specific. Toward the end of that project, I was notified about another upcoming project with the same firm and I transitioned to that new project. This process has been repeated several times without any meaningful gap in available work.
