It was a three stage interview process.. The main purpose of having three interviews was to get to know the team. The first was casual and a talk about what I was looking for in my next career move, The second was more technical talking about past experience and third was a friendly chat, an opportunity to learn more about the company

Interview
Standard phone interview asking some general questions and finding out what I was looking for in terms of a job and what they wanted in an employee. This was followed by a face to face interview in their office in Dublin where I was interviewed by 4 people from the company in a very relaxed environment.
