The Palace Group interview questions

Too long in comparison to the difficulty of the job. This is a process that could’ve been reduced to 2-3weeks, instead of almost 3months. Hr was communicative and patient when explaining the job, what it entails, and the benefits that are offered.

Applied. Called me in for an in person interview. Salary do ring the day with or without a license is $14-15/hr. Night shift w/ or without a license is $15-$16/hr. Night shift, one person by themself handling the entire floor. 10 hour shift. Rotate weekends. You check on residents every two hours. Then, between 0600-0830 you wake up residents and bathe and prepare them for breakfast. There is a Second interview, with the general manager.
