The owner of the company seemed somewhat distracted, and disheveled. Whilst I’m sure they do great work, this agency isn’t somewhere I could see myself working. The owner was also late to join the meeting.

Wasn’t even asked for my CV. Founder in melbourne just talked about her cat, asked me when I could start and that was that. Looking back, a red flag that I told them when I could start and they pressured me into starting earlier as they were short staffed and had taken on a new client. This would become a common pattern.
