I applied online. I interviewed at The Oyster Partnership
Interview
3 stages of the interview, quite tedious and repetitive, they use the psychometric test to understand if you would be a suitable fit for the role. within the interview process they really delve into your answers and why you chose those answers, so be prepared to give your reasons why. interview your interviewer!
Lengthy and challenging but very rewarding. You meet with a lot of different people which gives you a great insight into the business. Flexible on times too, I would highly recommend.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Oyster Partnership (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
First starts with a phone interview then if your successful you will get invited to a assessment morning with about 20 other people or more.
The first part of the morning was a presentation about the company and a chance for you to ask questions. After this they put you in two groups, and you have to do two activities, One was a game and the other was a debate with the other team. After this we was sent home and the ones who they wanted to interview they was contacted the next day to come in for a second stage.
The second stage starts with 30-40mins Psychometric test that you have to do a day before your interview. The interview is based around your answers to the psychometric test. And you have to give examples. They say there is no pass or fail, right or wrong but this is not true! I would say pick all the answers that seem Good because if you be complete honest you might be looked down on in the interview. I don't understand why they use it to interrogate people, I really think they need to rethink that way of the process.
