2 Rounds For the most part a long time to wait for a response to move in between rounds + to add that the current manager for the department doesn’t even sound as well versed. During the interview I felt like I was more versed technically and could do more if I was in her place. Plus looking at what’s being put out now…. it’s amateurish. I guess they wanted someone who they could push around and didn’t come across as confident.
