After the first interview, I was told I would get a call to schedule my second interview in a few days. Took them three weeks, and for me to call them back, for me to finally schedule my second interview. The second interview, with the general manager and HR director, lasted 20 minutes. After the interview, I was told I would get a call by the end of the week. Never got a call. After two months of talking with them, I still haven't heard anything from them. Also your references are pointless. None of mine got a call, even when I supplied the hotel with personal cell phones.
