A time you handled conflict between a boss, patient or coworker.
It was smooth, took about a week starting with an initial call, then you’re paired with a manager to interview in person, so you have to go meet with the nurse manager for that unit

Very casual- interviewed by nurse manager, medical assistant, and managerial staff. Ask about teamwork, experience in healthcare, personal struggles and challenges. Set interview questions. Emphasis on working in a team and how you overcome challenges and difficulties in the workplace.
