Spoke with a recruiter, then spoke with the hiring manager. Both steps went very well. Then, I spoke with the next level.
The job was posted as a remote job and this was affirmed in the previous stages. The higher-up I spoke to started talking about the role being on-site in the middle of no where. They were aloof, completely unprepared, and an disorganized mess compared to everyone else I spoke with. Red flag. Avoided a bad situation.

A recruiter called me and we talked for 20 minutes or so. Moved on to the second interview met with two ladies and then was ghosted. Reached out twice over the span of two and half weeks and only heard interviews were taking longer. It’s been a month or so and no one has said anything else.. very unprofessional.

Interview
Four to five rounds of interviews in person. the first interview was a phone screen. Interview questions were mostly behavioral questions and the renovated office was inviting. Each interview was roughly 45 minutes long.
