There were two Zoom interviews (each with two faculty members), which were 30-45 minutes long, followed by an in-person visit, which involved sitting in on a class and having a couple conversations with other faculty members/admin. The final step was a brief chat with the Head of School, who then offered me the job

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you received feedback-- how did you respond and readjust?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Nueva School (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Many rounds of interviews with the recruiter, who ultimately put me into contact with someone at the school. Spoke with a main contact at the school two times before speaking with a larger group. They were interested in my motivation and interests, as much as they were with my credentials. They seemed to want to get to know me as a person, and what made me tick.
Easy, quick, couple of rounds- (manager, then some teachers, another admin). The last admin was completely unengaged, unprepared, and would close his eyes for long periods of time. He did not leave a good impression of the school.
If the end, references were called, they indicated they were going to make an offer and then they never contacted back. I was completely turned off.
