Interview
The interview process basically had three rounds. Starting with a general introduction round which involved a briefing on the company and the position that I was interviewed for. My willingness and skills to perform the role was assessed through questions based on situational analysis. Second round was a telephonic interview with the CEO, covering areas like my bio, skills, achievements, and experience. Third and final round was to work on an assignment provided by the HR team and submit it within the provided time frame.

Interview
Fairly lengthy and comprehensive. The approach to understanding the client was impressive (on the part of the hiring team). However, I cannot say whether The/Nudge is actually concerned about the time of their shortlisted candidates - they clearly were not; about mine.
