The young man who interviewed me was unprepared and unprofessional. He was wearing gym sneakers and a hooded sweatshirt , he had food on his face and his hair was unkempt-- it was 3pm. I was astonished to be interviewed by such a strikingly unprofessional representative of the Nomad Hotel in Los Angeles. When I asked him to further explain the Guest Relations Manager position to me--since the advertisement was vague-- he was unable to do so. After much preparation for what I thought would be a professional hospitality interview-- I was extremely disappointed and unimpressed with the process. It was time wasted through and through.
