They are using candidates for free case studies with no intent on hiring. I unfortunately completed a case study (against my judgement) and even had executive recruiter contacts of mine review it beforehand who advised i had gone above and beyond. It’s also worth mentioning that the type of case study i was asked to do is something i do as a consultant regularly and would normally charge $5-10k for. Based on the response i received it was very obvious they had no intent on hiring me or anyone possibly.
