Interview
Very easy, they made me feel very comfortable we even stayed and chatted after. They were very thorough in explaining details of the work, and the environment. I was excited after leaving, i felt I walked away with a good idea of how the job worked and they seem to be very caring of employees and like they pride themselves on their employees.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The NHHEAF Network (Concord, NH) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online, took a little time to hear back but once I heard back I had an interview right away did a phone interview and then interviewed in the Concord office with two members of management from the Customer Service department, the background check and the security clearance took the longest I think. Once the interview was over and the background check was cleared it was a very fast process getting into the office and getting right into training

Interview
Untruthful, never told me what it would actually be like. Act like it's a great place, it isn't. Desperate for employees so will lie. Ask how your customer service experience is, don't care. 2 on 1 no plan questions were random. Try to be buddy, buddy, don't fall for it, unless you're desperate for cash this place isn't worth it.
