Question 1
Tell us about a project where you built a tool or system for multiple stakeholders and end users.
There were two video interviews over about two weeks. They seemed to go pretty well and ED was enthusiastic and then I didn't hear anything from them for about a month. One call with a consultant and the next with the Executive Director.

Question 1
How will you get a sense of where we are and take it to the next level?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Movement Cooperative in Jan 2025
Interview
Looks like this organization hasn't changed its hiring practices for a while. My experience is the same as others. Before they even treat you like a human with a phone screen (which, in itself, is cold and robotic), they make you answer a bunch of questions about scheduling and prioritizing projects. It really says a lot about the organization when they send out a mass email to every applicant asking them to answer the same questions.
